What will we do for you:
- Diagnose your robot for any issues.
- Suggest options for repair, replacement and/or maintenance, along with the quotation.
- Start working on the robot after you agreed to proceed.
- Take photo and video (before and after as reference and proof of work)
- Thorough unit testing right before notification of device collection.
What is the procedure?
- Sending in - Book a slot and send in your robot personally or by courier/Grab/Lalamove door-to-door service/etc (address at booking page).
- New Ticket - You will receive a ticket number after you've paid the diagnostic fee (deductible from total cost except internal cleaning). Make sure to request for whatsapp acknowledgment if you pay by cash.
- Quotation - You will receive an email with suggested solution & quotation in 3-5 days.
- Repair & Final Unit Testing - We will proceed to work on the robot after we receive your consent to proceed.
- Ready for Collection - You shall receive another email notifying completion of work in a week. You may arrange the collection of robot back.
