App not working anymore

It was good for a while. But they didn’t update their app and now both their IOS and Android app is outdated and can’t work anymore. Called support to no avail. Useless now.

A good help to have around

At the beginning, it was difficult to get the robot to connect to my phone.
However, customer service especially from Raymond was most appreciated and he got it going for me.
Been using the robot daily and yes hiccups here and there due to fragile obstacles and chairs. Overall, it was good to have the robot to vacuum the dust and hairs.
