Braava Battery

I never change the braava battery and I called to assist to install it. Thank for the help.

Brava jet.

I just informed the customer service through chat of what happened to this robot, the technician directly contacted me and said my battery was weak. So, after I changed, now is back to normal.

Low battery.

I contacted them through chat, the advised me to change new battery. Now my Brava can back to mopping.

Battery packed nicely.
