Slow delivery but good customer service

I did not receive any email notification from AutoBav Bot after purchasing online. But I took a screenshot of my order number. I manage to track my order and check with online customer service for shipping info. They are very responsive and helpful.

Manage to receive the battery after 2 weeks. It is working well. My roomba has revived.
