Two Modes Available

Quick Guide to Control and Troubleshoot
Previous/Next Track: Double press left/right button to skip to the previous/next track.
Play/Pause: Press button to pause and press it again to play when you're listening music.
Ignore Call: Press and hold for 1s to ignore incoming call.
Answer Call: Press button to answer incoming call and press it again to hang up.
Activate Voice Assistant: Press and hold for 1s to activate voice assistant when standby, such as Siri and Google Assistant.
QCY T2C Pairing Issue Fix | Re-pair Factory Reset Guide
When the earbuds cannot be connected to your phone or with each other, please follow below troubleshooting steps:
1. Forget QCY device on phone; 2. Put the earbuds into the case; 3. Take both out of the case; 4. Hold both buttons for 4s to power off; 5. Hold both buttons for 20s to re-pair; 6. Hold both buttons for 2s to power on; 7. Connect to “QCY-T2_R” on your phone.
